The station Möhlin is operated by MeteoSwiss and situated to the East of our main operation area Basel. It is a very interesting location (keyword Möhlin-Jet) to have data from as it is often upstream of the windflow for Basel and represents a place where the foggy conditions from the Mittelland may still reach but as air masses flow downhill they warm up, a process which eventually dissolves these low hanging clouds.
